Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety of equipment and also improve speed of treatment with a low pressure drop, by softening water at a low power consumption and supplying the treated water not containing gas.SOLUTION: A cation sintered porous body sheet 159 and anion sintered porous body sheet 161 are porous bodies having continuous pores containing an ion exchange resin. Accordingly, ion components in a raw water are easily diffused inside the sheets and the ion exchange is efficiently performed with the cation exchange resin 157, so that the water softening is efficiently carried out even if not performing the diffusion of the ion components by voltage application, and thereby the treated water not containing the gas can be supplied.
