To provide a waterproof case for an electronic apparatus, which protects the electronic apparatus which is stored watertightly from a shock and the like and has a touch panel-type monitor which can easily be used and has a compact structure.

A waterproof case for an electronic apparatus includes: a blister case which stores and holds the electronic apparatus and allows a touch operation via an operation face of a touch panel type monitor of the electronic apparatus; and a holding frame having a groove which sandwiches an outer edge of the blister case. The operation face is recessed from the holding frame by shifting a position of a center in a thickness direction between the blister case and the holding frame, the blister case on an opposite side of the operation face is projected from the holding frame, the operation face is protected from the shock and a scratch, and pressing operation of a button on a side face of the electronic apparatus is allowed from outside the blister case to provide the waterproof case which is superior in shock resistance and has sufficient operability and a compact structure.
