Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lowly pollutive and weakly acidic aqueous solution composition which contains neither phosphoric acid salts nor organic solvents that have been employed for cleaning the surface of engineering plastics.
CONSTITUTION: The title solution comprises 0.4-10 milliequivalent (mEq/kg) of an acid selected from the group consisting of hydroxycarboxylic acids and dicarboxylic acids, 1.4-20mEq/kg of a salt comprising the anion of an acid selected from the group consisting of hydroxycarboxylic acids and dicarboxylic acids, and 0.21-3.3g (g/kg) of a nonionic surfactant based on each kg of the solution, and has a pH of 4.4-6.1.
