Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject weaving system with a small energy consumption without requiring high-definition coders by installing a motor for controlling various couples without undergoing servo control by a primary shaft of a weaving loom and a synchronization shaft connected to the primary shaft of the weaving loom.
SOLUTION: This weaving system is capable of feeding a data 4 of a coder 3 of a drive shaft 1 of a jacquard shed-forming system 2 to a control mechanism 5 and outputting weaving loom data 6 and 8 and an angular positional data 7, calculating the resultant couple 17 by a computer 9, feeding the resultant couple 17 to a variator 18 of an independent motor 19 equipped with an automatic brake 19', driving the drive shaft 1 by the motor 19, connecting the drive shaft 1 to a vertical synchronization shaft 21 with a bevel gear 20, connecting the base part of the shaft 21 through he bevel gear 22 to the primary shaft 23 for driving a weaving loom 24, ensuring the majority of the transmitting power to the drive shaft 1 and simply compensating for errors of calculation and the instantaneous variations of the speed of the weaving loom 24 by the synchronization shaft 21.
