Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the good workability and the high welded strength by weld-sticking the outward folding edge to a barrel sheet and forming a back bead part to back surface side at the welded part.
CONSTITUTION: A drum can 1 is formed with a top sheet 4, bottom sheet 5 and the barrel sheet 6. Then the outward folding edges 3 formed at the peripheries of the top sheet 4 and the bottom sheet 5 are integratively weld-stuck to the barrel sheet 6, respectively. Further, the back bead part 7 is formed to the back surface side at the weld-stuck part. As the other way, the outward folding edge is integratively weld-stuck to the barrel sheet by using a welder from the outer surface while using pack gas too to form the back bead part to the back surface side at the weld-stuck part. By this method, the residues of consents, waste and dust can be prevented.
