Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing device capable of stably fixing a wheelchair in a vehicle interior with an occupant seat installed therein in a space-saving manner and facilitating the fixing work.SOLUTION: The wheelchair fixing device includes: a seat cushion 11a as a pressing part of wheelchair rear wheels 15b provided on a rear side of a wheelchair placement area 17 in a vehicle interior floor 13a; and a tying belt 21 for connecting the wheelchair 15 placed on the wheelchair placement area 17 to a vehicle body 13. The tying belt 21 applies tension towards a rear lower side to the wheelchair 15, so that rear wheel upper parts on the upper side of a wheelchair axle 15c in the wheelchair rear wheels 15b are brought into pressure contact with the seat cushion 11a to be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
