Abstract:
To provide a wheelchair that can reduce a user's physical burden when moving from a chair or a bed to the wheelchair or moving from the wheelchair to the chair or the like.
The wheelchair (1) is constituted such that a carriage (2) is provided with a base (3), the base (3) is provided with a buttocks receiving body (30) for receiving the user's buttocks, and a chest receiving body (31) for receiving the user's chest in a back-and-forth tiltable manner relative to the base (3), the buttocks receiving body (30) is formed to be extensible back and forth, the base (3) is formed to be liftable, and the chest receiving body (31) is formed to be tiltable back and forth relative to the buttocks receiving body (30).
