To provide a work information management device that allows a user who is not used to operation of an input key to easily output and input work information.

When work information reference information (work identification information and worker identification information) is filled in a fill-in area of a work sheet requesting paper 10 using a digital pen 100, handwriting information of the digital pen 100 is transmitted to a management device 170. The management device 170 extracts work information from a work file based on the handwriting information and outputs a work sheet 50 in which the extracted work information is inserted from a printing device 190. Further, when work report information (work identification information, worker identification information and work result information) is filled in a fill-in area of the work sheet 50 using the digital pen 100, handwriting information of the digital pen 100 is transmitted to the management device 170. The management device 170 stores the work report information in the work file based on the handwriting information.
