Abstract:
To shorten recovery work hours by optimizing hours to perform work assistance during failure recovery work of an elevator.SOLUTION: A work assistance device comprises: a data management section 211 for obtaining failed state data of an elevator; a causal apparatus estimation section 212 for estimating a causal apparatus of a failure from the failed state data; a past case estimation section 213 for estimating hours required for recovery work of the elevator based on the failed state data and the causal apparatus; a past response confirmation section 214 for confirming worker's skills of a worker performing the recovery work; an hour setting section 215 for setting hours to instruct assistance based on the estimated work hours and the confirmed worker's skills; and a notification section 216 for selecting a person to assist the recovery work of the elevator and notifying thereof, when hours since the worker started the recovery work of the elevator exceeds the hours set by the hour setting section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
