Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a transfer mechanism and reduce a unit transfer time.
SOLUTION: In this workpiece transfer, together with the reciprocal movements of rails 5a, 5b, an opening and closing of clampers 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b and a rise and drop of stoppers 8, 9 are alternately repeated, whereby workpieces W1, W2 held at each fixed position on the rails 5a, 5b are moved at a horizontal pitch between front and rear clampers 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b. Thus, it is possible to simplify a transfer mechanism and reduce the unit transfer time.
