Abstract:
To provide a workpiece measuring device which extends a measuring range for a probe.
The workpiece measuring device serves to measure a workpiece W with a probe 15 which is set at a position relatively movable to the workpiece W, on a composite lathe. The probe 15 is set rotatably on a mounting station for rotary tool of a turret 7 on the toolpost. The probe 15 is provided with a rotary shaft section 15a and a measuring section 15c which is placed at an eccentric position against the rotary shaft section 15a. The probe 15 is turned with a drive motor for rotary tool around the axis of the rotary shaft section 15a.
