Abstract:
To provide an X-ray generating device which can be downsized and is easy to On-Off control X-ray generation.
The X-ray generating device 1 is provided with: a pyroelectric body 10 which emits electrons by receiving ultraviolet; a metal piece 20 which emits X-rays by receiving electrons emitted from the pyroelectric body 10; and a pulse laser oscillator 3; and an ultraviolet ray fiber 5 which supply ultraviolet rays to the pyroelectric body 10. Ultraviolet pulse light, for example, is irradiated to the pyroelectric body 10 from the pulse laser oscillator 3 and a locally high energy part is formed there.
