Abstract:
To enable a manager or the like to rapidly correspond to an unexpected event such as occurrence of an accident in a work during a stop of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle unit such as a digital tachograph 10 has the following functions including: an event start detection section (S11) for detecting a start operation of one or more events related to a loading work or an action such as a rest by a crew or the like of a vehicle during a stop of the vehicle; clocking sections (S12, S13) for managing a lapsed time after detection of a start operation of an event; an event end detection section (S15) for detecting an end of an event; and reporting sections (S15, S16) for reporting an event to an outer side of a vehicle when a lapsed time clocked by the clocking sections exceeds a threshold expressing a predetermined abnormality. A server 81 receives a message from the digital tachograph 10 and transmits an e-mail to an office PC 30 or a portable terminal 82 of a manager.
