To suppress bending deformation of a horizontal member and to effectively exhibit a wall strength.SOLUTION: A building 10 comprises: a wing wall 51 joined with upper and lower beams 25; a reinforcement column 100 which is provided so as to be adjacent to a side portion 51S of the wing wall 51 and whose upper end portion 100A and lower end portion 100B are joined to the upper and lower beams 25; and a diagonal member 120 which is provided in a second layer 30B below the beam 25 joined with the lower end portion 100B of the reinforcement column 100, whose upper end portion 120A is joined to a join portion 25K of the lower end portion 100B of the reinforcement column 100 in the beam 25 and whose lower end portion 120B is joined to a column 21 in the second layer 30B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
