Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of a hybrid vehicle which systematically consumes fuel stored in the hybrid vehicle before the fuel is deteriorated to suppress that the fuel is wasted due to deterioration.SOLUTION: A control apparatus 30 predicts a period in which fuel stored in a fuel tank 20 is deteriorated based on ambient temperature of a hybrid vehicle 10. Then, the apparatus 30 determines a plan for utilizing an engine 11 so as to switch a travel mode only with driving force of a motor generator 14 to a travel mode for utilizing driving force of the engine 11 in travel of the vehicle 10, which is scheduled in future in order to increase a utilization ratio of the engine 11 when fuel which is not consumed before a predicted deterioration period exists. In addition, when the travel of the vehicle 10 is not scheduled, the apparatus 30 drives a motor generator 13 by the driving force of the engine 11, consumes the fuel which may be consumed, and converts the consumed fuel into power.
