PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable control of a cache memory according to a configuration and situation based on external information, and achieve speeding up of operation of the cache memory and efficient use thereof.SOLUTION: A cache memory and control means of the cache memory are included. The control means acquires first information to identify character fonts to be cached newly and second information belonging to at least one among preset types of information. Also, a substring set comprising characters of the character fonts corresponding to the second information and cached newly is determined from multiple character string sets having a priority of set and multiple character strings associated with the type of set being set previously to each set. Also, the priority of the character fonts cached newly is determined according to the priority of the substring set.
