Abstract:
To properly adjust the difference in delay that can occur between two polarization signals before demodulation.SOLUTION: A delay adjustment device includes a signal generation unit 110 that generates a first test pattern signal indicating a test pattern of a first polarization signal that is demodulated by a first demodulation device 10, a transmission processing unit 120 that transmits the first test pattern signal to a second demodulation device that demodulates a second polarization signal, a reception processing unit 130 that receives a first test pattern return signal sent back from the second demodulation device 20 in response to the first test pattern signal, and an adjustment unit 140 that adjusts a delay amount generated before demodulation between the first polarization signal and the second polarization signal on the basis of the first test pattern signal and the first test pattern return signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
