PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a measurement sensor part (anemometer) including coating such as glass and therefore relatively poor in response performance to nevertheless measure variations in a higher wind velocity.SOLUTION: A wind measurement device 1 comprises: a dither signal generation part 3 and a dither signal addition part 4 for adding a dither signal Sto an analogue signal Sfrom a measurement sensor part 2; an A/D converter 6 oversampling an analogue signal Sto which the dither signal Sis added and converting it into a digital signal S; a Fourier transformation part 10 Fourier-transforming the digital signal Sconverted by the A/D converter 6; a first spectrum calculation part 11 acquiring an amplitude spectrum and a phase spectrum; a correction coefficient calculation part 12 and a spectrum correction part 13 for correcting the spectrum; and an inverse Fourier transformation part 14 performing inverse Fourier transformation.
