Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating method that, in an electrodeposition coating device through which a plurality of different kinds of coated matters are continuously transported, can perform the electrodeposition coating at a coating thickness required for each coated matter, can suppress a bipolar phenomenon from occurring, and efficiently performs the electrodeposition coating.SOLUTION: An electrodeposition tank 2 includes a first zone in which a plurality of membrane electrodes 15 are arranged along a transportation path and a predetermined voltage is energized by a first voltage application means 11, a second zone in which, on a downstream side of the first zone, a plurality of membrane electrodes 15 are arranged along the transportation path, and a predetermined voltage is energized by a second voltage application means 12, a first membrane electrode 15B that is arranged on at least on a latter part and can supply/recover an electrode liquid among a plurality of membrane electrodes 15 arranged in the first zone, and a control means 100 that perform supply/recovery of the electrode liquid to the first membrane electrode and energization control in the first zone and the second zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
