Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new voltage detector for both AC and DC in which sensitivity difference between voltage detection in a state where insulation gloves are worn and voltage detection in a state of bare hands is reduced when AC voltage is detected.SOLUTION: A voltage detector for both AC and DC includes: a detection element 1: a first read resistance R1 connected to the detection element 1; a protective resistance R2 serially connected to the first read resistance R1; a circuit exposed part 2 which is connected to the output end of a protective resistance R2; and a second read resistance R3 which is connected to the output end of the first read resistance R1 and whose output end is connected to the ground. The total value of the potential difference V1 between both ends of the first read resistance R1 and the potential difference V2 between both ends of the second read resistance R3 determines the presence or absence of charge of an electroscope target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
