Title:
PURE NIOBIUM MULTIPLE STRING CELL FOR SUPERCONDUCTION HIGH FREQUENCY ACCELERATION CAVITY AND SUPERCONDUCTION HIGH FREQUENCY ACCELERATION CAVITY USING THE SAME, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PURE NIOBIUM MULTIPLE STRING CELL FOR SUPERCONDUCTION HIGH FREQUENCY ACCELERATION CAVITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016046214
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure niobium multiple string cell for a superconduction high frequency acceleration cavity, a superconduction high frequency acceleration cavity using the same, and manufacturing method and apparatus for pure niobium multiple string cell for a superconduction high frequency acceleration cavity that can use the maximum diameter portion of a tumor of a seamless multi-chained cell molded from a pure niobium pipe under liquid pressure as a superconduction high frequency acceleration cavity without conducting mechanical polishing processing on the inner peripheral surface of the maximum diameter portion.SOLUTION: A running split mold 8a, a running arc mold 8b, a fixed mold 8c and a running die 8d are secured to a pure niobium pipe, and move in a cylindrical cover 7 and contact one another to be integrated with one another to form the shape of a multi-chained cell (cell rough mold article 2a) having a desired tumor 5a therein. The pure niobium pipe is molded to a multi-chained cell shape under reduced pressure by using a split mold 8 in which the respective contact faces of the molds 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d are not located at the maximum diameter portion position of the tumor 5a after the molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
