Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated polyester resin composition less in odor, having high sticking tendency and flexible coating and a manufacturing method of a rotor or an electrical device insulating material or the like having enhanced reliability by applying said composition for insulation process.SOLUTION: There is provided an unsaturated polyester resin containing unsaturated polyester (A), a reactive diluent, (C) an alkyl benzene formaldehyde resin (C) and organic peroxide initiating a curing reaction at less than 80°C and having acid value of the unsaturated polyester (A) of 25 mgKOH/g or less, vapor pressure of the reactive diluent (B) at 20°C of 0.2 mmHg or less, viscosity at 25°C when blending the unsaturated polyester (A) and the reactive diluent (B) of 2000 to 5000 mPa s and containing an alkyl benzene formaldehyde resin (C) of 0.1 to 20 pts.mass and the organic peroxide (D) initiating the curing reaction at less than 80°C of 0.5 to 4 pts.mass based on the total amount 100 pts.mass of the unsaturated polyester (A) and the reactive diluent (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
