Title:
IMPACT DETECTION CIRCUIT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING OF THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017096950
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device equipped with an impact detector for a motor capable of detecting impact more quickly and precisely.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes an operation unit 5 capable of generating a signal representing a physical quantity. A motor 4 includes a rotor in a magnetic circuit and two terminals, positive and negative. The operation unit 5 controls a motor 4 via the two terminals and includes at least one impact detection circuit connected between the operation unit 5 and the motor terminals for detecting external impact acted on the motor 4. The operation unit 5 detects a rotation direction of the rotor by analyzing an induced voltage detected by the detection circuit after impact using an algorithm to transmit a blocking pulse having reverse polarity of the induced voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
