Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent abrasion resistance of components at a liquid contact part even under a condition of feeding high-temperature molten material containing solid metal sulfide, oxide, oxidizing material and the like.SOLUTION: A vertical sinking type vortex pump 100 configured to feed fluid, includes an impeller 110 comprising a gray cast iron material containing nickel and chromium, and a casing 112 comprising the gray cast iron material and configured to store the impeller. On the whole outer peripheral surface of the impeller, a tungsten carbide is sprayed, and the whole inner peripheral surface of the casing, an alloy material for self-fluxing spray deposition classified into JIS mark MSFNi4 is sprayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
