Title:
COMPACT POSITIONING ASSEMBLY COMPRISING ACTUATOR AND SENSOR BUILT INTO YOKE OF THE ACTUATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017184610
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning assembly improving the position detection of a component of an actuator that is movable relative to a central axis, as the main axis, of the positioning assembly.SOLUTION: A positioning assembly 14 includes a position sensor and a magnetic actuator. The magnetic actuator includes: a stator assembly formed of at least one ferromagnetic stator 10 bearing at least one electric power supply coil 7a, 7b; and a yoke 3 movable relative to the stator assembly. The magnetic actuator has a geometry that is of revolution or periodic about a main axis 6 penetrating through the yoke 3. The position sensor includes: at least one permanent magnet 2 fixed to the yoke 3; and at least one magnetic sensing probe 1 that is fixed in relation to the magnet 2 and able to measure the amplitude or direction of the magnetic field that is emitted by the magnet. The yoke 3 has an interior recess 18 comprising the main axis 6 of the actuator, and the magnet 2 is positioned inside the recess 18 and fixed to the yoke 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
