Abstract:
To further improve convenience when performing air conditioning control in a vehicle cabin by a voice input.SOLUTION: An air conditioner for a vehicle comprises: air conditioning units 26, 28 capable of independently performing air conditioning for an occupant seated in a first row seat 10 and air conditioning for an occupant seated in a second row seat 12; a microphone 7 for receiving an operation instruction by voice to the air conditioning units 26, 28; a cabin camera 24 capable of imaging occupants seated in the seats 10, 12; a voice recognition part 52 for recognizing content of the operation instruction received by the microphone 7; an image recognition part 53 for specifying the position of the occupant who issued the operation instruction on the basis of an image imaged by the cabin camera 24; and an air conditioning control part 51 which controls the air conditioning units 26, 28 and performs individual air conditioning control to perform air conditioning for the occupant recognized by the image recognition part 53 according to the operation instruction recognized by the voice recognition part 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
