Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suggest a weld torch equipped with an outer gas nozzle and capable of realizing a further down-sizing.SOLUTION: A weld torch comprises: a torch body, which has a channel forming part that forms a sealed gas channel, into which an inert gas flows, and an outer gas channel that communicates with the sealed gas channel; a first gas lens, which rectifies the inert gas of the sealed gas channel to spout as the sealed gas; and a second gas lens, which rectifies the inert gas of the outer gas channel to spout as the outer gas. A whole attitude weld device, which is a whole attitude weld device that butt-welds tubes, comprises the above-mentioned weld torch and a rotary mechanism that rotates the weld torch around the tubes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
