Abstract:
The present invention relates to an active phased array antenna with dual-band and dual-polarization capabilities. Being divided into a TRx domain, which has a rectangular shape and in which a Tx antenna element and an Rx antenna element are enabled, and an Rx domain, which has a rectangular shape and is disposed outside the TRx domain and in which a Tx antenna element is disabled and an Rx antenna element is enabled, the invention allows a single substrate to perform transmitting and receiving functions at the same time, thereby reducing the antenna size, and simultaneously achieving enhanced polarization properties and tilt properties in wideband.
