Abstract:
An active pixel sensor, comprising: a photosensitive device (10), configured to convert a received optical signal into an electrical signal; a follower circuit (20) connected to the photosensitive device (10), configured to convert the electrical signal into an output voltage, the follower circuit (20) comprising a source follower transistor; and an adjustment circuit (30) connected to the follower circuit (20), configured to collect an output voltage of the follower circuit (20), adjust a bias current of the source follower transistor according to the output voltage, and adjust the output voltage to a value within a preset range. The invention provides the adjustment circuit (30) to adjust an output voltage of the active pixel sensor to a preset range, thereby effectively overcoming the defects of poor source following and biased signal outputs of existing active pixel sensors due to increases in the variation range of an output voltage.
