Abstract:
An actuation device for an emergency release cable according to the present invention has a structure capable of preventing abrasion of a fixing structure for an emergency release lever connected to an emergency release cable, and a structure capable of automatically converting a transmission to a parking position while automatically releasing the fixing structure of the emergency release lever when an engine and the transmission is re-started. Due to such structures, the actuation device for an emergency release cable can remarkably enhance durability and reliability by preventing a malfunction of the emergency release lever, thereby enhancing the convenience of a driver and a passenger.
