Abstract:
Provided are an aggravation estimation device and an aggravation estimation program for accurately estimating aggravation of a patient as a subject, on the basis of various information relating to the patient as a subject. A computer terminal (10) implements: a function of generating a static scoring model in which a first variable and a second variable based on patient information extracted from a database (40) respectively correspond to the vertical axis and the horizontal axis; a function of acquiring a plurality of types of patient information relating to the patient (30) per unit time, deriving from the acquired patient information the first variable and the second variable, and successively plotting the first variable and the second variable in the static scoring model; and a function by which the point in time at which plotting by means of the function has been performed in a specific region of the static scoring model is estimated as the time when the subject became aggravated. The computer terminal (10) is characterized in that at least one of the first variable and the second variable is an index derived using a plurality of types of patient information.
