Abstract:
An alignment detection device for a battery cell (100) of a stacked battery. The cell (100) comprises a positive pole piece, a negative pole piece and a separator positioned therebetween, which are stackingly arranged. The detection device comprises a pole piece processing unit, a light source (210), an optical detection unit (220), a determination unit (230), and a correction unit (240). At least the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece are each provided with a detection hole (110) during a material preparation stage by means of the pole piece processing unit; the light source (210) and the optical detection unit (220) are arranged opposite to the battery cell (100) and light from the light source (210) passes through the detection hole (110) and is received by the optical detection unit (220); the determination unit (230) is connected to the optical detection unit (220) using signal technology and is configured to determine the qualification of the alignment of the battery cell (100) on the basis of the light received by the optical detection unit (220); and the correction unit (240) is connected to the determination unit (230) using signal technology and is configured to adjust the battery cell (100) according to the result of the alignment qualification determination. Further provided are a detection method, a battery cell (100) manufacturing device, and a manufacturing method.
