Abstract:
Provided is an angular speed sensor wherein leakage of vibration through a board can be reduced.
An angular sensor (10) includes a circuit board (20). An IC (50), a chip capacitor (60), and first and second tuning-fork vibrators (70, 72) having different resonance frequencies are mounted on the circuit board (20), and a cap (110) is fixed thereto. The two tuning-fork vibrators (70, 72) are fixed to the end of the circuit board (20). The first tuning-fork vibrator (70) having a lower resonance frequency is arranged along the short side of the circuit board (20), and the second tuning-fork vibrator (72) having a higher resonance frequency is arranged along the long side of the circuit board (20).
