Title:
ANISOTROPIC THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/099089
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention pertains to an anisotropic thermally conductive composition including scaly graphite particles and a resin component that disperses the scaly graphite particles. When a is the maximum diameter in the basal plane of the scaly graphite particles, and c is the thickness orthogonal to the basal plane, a/c has an average value of at least 30; and the scaly graphite particle content is greater than 40-90 mass%. This anisotropic thermally conductive composition includes scaly graphite particles having a specific shape, and, as a result, is capable of efficiently forming an anisotropic thermally conductive path when formed into sheets. As a result, a sheet-shaped molded article can be provided that is suitable as a thermally conductive path that scatters heat from a high-temperature section to a low-temperature section.
