Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of strip steel production apparatuses, and in particular, to an antifriction and noise reduction device for a strip steel slitting machine. Said noise reduction device is mounted at one side of a slitting roller of an output opening of the slitting machine, and comprises a base, two threaded screws, two moving seats and two cylinders. The base is provided at one side of the slitting roller, and the top surface of the base is provided with a groove in the length direction, one end of each threaded screw is provided on a screw hole and is rotatably connected to the base, bottom ends of the moving seats are connected to the threaded screws by means of nuts, and the cylinders are provided within cylinder troughs and are rotatably connected to the moving seats. The antifriction and noise reduction device for the strip steel slitting machine provided in the present utility model can ensure that a strip steel for which cutting has been completed does not shift towards either side so as to apply friction to blocking pieces of the slitting roller, greatly reducing working noise of a slitting workshop. In addition, the moving seats are movable and adjustable, and the distance between two moving seats can be adjusted by means of the threaded screws according to a cutting width of the strip steel, meeting the aims of energy conservation and environmental protection.
