Abstract:
An antimicrobial, antistatic and stain-release down-proof fabric and a preparation method therefor. In the down-proof fabric, superfine polyester DTY filaments are used as warp yarns, and superfine polyester DTY filaments are used as weft yarns in intermixed use with antimicrobial polyester DTY filaments and conductive filaments for high-density interweaving. The interwoven fabric is subjected to three-proofings and stain-release, as well as down-proof finishing, endowing the fabric with antimicrobial and antistatic functions and three-proofings and stain-release functions. The warp and weft yarns are both high-density woven with superfine fibers, and each polyester filament is composed of greater than or equal to 144 superfine fibers, with each superfine fiber being of 0.1-0.3 micrometers; and the fiber has a diameter close to that of natural silk, such that the hand feeling is softer, and a stronger slip effect between the fibers exists, such that there is a certain mute function during use. During the post-finishing process phase, by means of a non-ionic down-proof finishing agent and a calendering treatment, the reaction of a down-proof auxiliary with a three-proofings and stain-release finishing agent is avoided, which can not only give full play to the effect of the three-proofings and stain-release products, but can also allow the surface downs of the fabric to become fitted by virtue of a heavy calender process, so as to improve the down-proof ability of the fabric.
