Title:
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SLIT NOZZLE SPRAY DEFOAMING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/140904
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for slit nozzle spray defoaming, in which a bubble-containing liquid is ejected and sprayed by means of a slit nozzle mechanism, which is arranged in a pressure-reduced environment, to separate a bubble fraction contained in the bubble-containing liquid from a liquid fraction, the bubble fraction is then radially diffused and then sucked and discharged effectively, and the liquid fraction is stored, whereby producing a deaerated liquid fraction. A method for slit nozzle spray defoaming, which is characterized by comprising: a step of retaining a bubble-containing liquid under pressure, whereby it becomes possible to introduce the bubble-containing liquid in a pressurized state; a spraying step, whereby it becomes possible to radially spray and eject the bubble-containing liquid, which is transferred under pressure, by means of a slit nozzle mechanism (3) to thereby separate the bubble-containing liquid into a gaseous fraction and a liquid fraction, wherein the slit nozzle mechanism (3) is composed of a slit hole (7) and a coil-shaped wire material (9) that intersects the slit hole (7); a vacuum treatment step, whereby it becomes possible to suck and discharge the gaseous fraction in a surrounding state; a liquid fraction storage vessel step, whereby it becomes possible to accommodate and store the separated liquid fraction; and a transfer step, whereby it becomes possible to remove the defoamed liquid fraction.
