Abstract:
The present invention provides an application of a compound in preparation of a medicament for treating or preventing viral hepatitis. The compound is a compound of formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and preferably, the viral hepatitis is hepatitis B. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing the viral hepatitis, comprising the compound of formula 1 or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, optionally one or more additional therapeutic agents or prophylactic agents, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
