Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an application of a new type of phosphodiesterase 4 (PED4) inhibitor ZL-n-91 in the preparation of a medicament for treating prostate cancer proliferation and metastasis. Animal experiments which utilize mice and cell biological experiments show that, the phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor ZL-n-91 of the present invention can significantly inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of prostate cancer cells, indicating that the phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor ZL-n-91 is expected to become an important target of anti-proliferative and metastatic prostate cancer research, which provides the basis for the preparation of anti-prostate cancer proliferation and metastasis drugs; the present invention has good prospects with respect to development and application.
