Abstract:

The present invention pertains to the field of medicine, more precisely to that of pharmacology, essentially relates to biologically active synthetic compounds of the heterocyclic series and is mainly intended for use in medical practice. This invention involves creating new chemical compounds having a wide biological activity, including an antiviral activity (relative to the herpes simplex viruses), an immuno-stimulating activity (due to the induced production of endogenous interferons in the organism) as well as an anti-chlamydia, hepatic protection, anti-aggregating and antimicrobial activity. In other words, the purpose of this invention is to create new biologically active substances that outmatch the known substances by a variety of characteristics and by their extended action. This invention involves synthesising new compounds that consist of aryl- and heteroarylamides of carboalkoxysulfanilic acids of general formula (1) where R¿1? is selected from the group of aryls and heteroaryles, while R¿2? is selected from the group of alkyls. This invention further relates to a general method for producing these substances, to the results of their identification, to a list of 42 synthesised and tested substances as well as to data concerning the experimental and comparative verification of their biological properties and of their toxicity.
