Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic apparatus for stretching the triceps surae muscle, which is capable of automatically carrying out the purpose of reliving fatigue and tension of the triceps surae muscle for workers who need to maintain a standing posture for a long period of time and women who wear high heels, comprising: a lower leg fixing part which wraps around the entire lower leg; a foot accommodation part which is rotationally coupled with the lower part of the lower leg fixing unit; a pressure sensor which is provided on the heel part including the foot accommodation part and senses pressure; a rotation driving unit provided on a connection part between the lower leg fixing unit and the foot accommodation part and rotationally operating the foot accommodation part according to the operation of the pressure sensor; a control unit for controlling the rotation driving unit according to a signal transmitted from the pressure sensor; and a power source unit for supplying power to the rotation driving unit according to the signal of the control unit. The automatic apparatus for stretching the triceps surae muscle, according to the present invention, enables natural relaxation of the muscle through the process of lengthening the triceps surae muscle tensed by being repeatedly and continuously damaged, and thereby reducing chronic muscle imbalances and muscle pain in workers who work in a standing posture for a long period of time and young women who wear high heels, and improving work efficiency at industrial sites and the quality of life.
