Abstract:
An automatic assembly apparatus for a pencil sharpener, comprising a platform (10) and an indexing plate (11). Sequentially arranged on the platform (10) surrounding the indexing plate (11) are a housing feeding mechanism (20), a cutting blade feeding mechanism (30), a pin feeding mechanism (40) and a discharging mechanism (50), and fixedly arranged on the indexing plate (11) is a clamp (60) used to fix a housing. The housing feeding mechanism (20) comprises a housing vibratory bowl (21), a housing vertical vibration track, and a housing feeding manipulator (23). The housing feeding manipulator (23) grasps a housing at a material output of the vertical vibration track and transports same to the clamp (60). The cutting blade feeding structure (30) comprises a first support base (35) and a cutting blade feeding manipulator (37). A V-shaped slot (352) is opened in the first support base (35), and the cutting blade feeding manipulator (37) grasps a cutting blade inside the V-shaped slot (352) and transports same to the clamp (60). The present apparatus is capable of completing automatic assembly of a pencil sharpener, features a high working efficiency, saves time and energy, and is compact in structure.
