CLAIMS An automechanical assembly (100), characterized by four clamp locking systems (1) which are simultaneously engaged with the tie-bar (3) mounted on the fixed plate (7), a position sensor (2) which is arranged on the gear, four said tie-bar (3) which are mounted on the fixed plate (7) and locks the fixed plate (7) rigidly from four different points by the strong pistons on the ends, an movemento cylinder (4a, 4b) to which the closing and opening signals are sent via the PLC, a linear quides(5), a moving plate (6), a fixed plate (7), a clamping cylinder (8) which is filled with the hydraulic oil by the direction valves in the same flow direction or in the opposite direction and provides the moving plate (6) to be moved on the linear guides (5), and an position transducer (9) which is operated by the magnetic sensing and provides the measurements of the hidden hydraulic pistons to be controlled, in order to provide the machines suitable for the two-platen operating system such as the two-platen plastic injection machines, vertical press machines and vertical injection machines, etc. in the manufacturing sector to operate in a fast and serial way. An automechanical assembly (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by a position sensor (2) which is a sensor.

AN AUTOMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OPERATING IN A FAST AND SERIAL WAY

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to an automechanical assembly that provides the machines suitable for the two-platen clamping system such as the two-platen plastic injection machines, vertical press machines and vertical injection machines, etc. in the manufacturing sector to operate in a fast and quick way.

STATE OF THE ART

Today, the plastic injection is a manufacturing method which comprises shaping the thermally melted plastic raw material by injecting it into a mold and removing it from the mold after cooling. The plastic injection process is one of the most important methods used in the manufacturing of the plastic parts. A wide variety of the small and large plastic parts can be manufactured with this method. The plastic injection machines provides the manufacturing of said plastic parts. The requirements for the molds are increasing and the conventional methods for designing the molds are no longer adaptable since the plastic and plastic products become widespread and are applied in the electronics, machinery and automotive industry.

The two-platen plastic injection machines in the state of the art have the strong clamp locking systems. The two-plate plastic injection machines operate slowly despite their strong clamp locking systems. They cannot be used in the fields where the fast and quick operation is required, for example in the packaging industry, due to its slow operation. The present clamp systems are generally manufactured with a clamping force of 200 tons or more due to their structure. It is particularly important that the injection machines of 200 tons or less operates in a fast and quick way. The two-platen plastic injection machines are not preferred in the packaging industry since their operation speed is low.

In order to eliminate said disadvantages listed in the state of the art, the new systems need to be developed.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is based on manufacturing an automechanical assembly that provides the machines suitable for the two-platen operating system such as the plastic injection machines, vertical press machines and vertical injection machines, etc. in the manufacturing sector to operate in a fast and serial way.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The automechanical assembly (100) of the invention comprises a clamp locking system (1), a position sensor (2), a tie-bar (3), movemento cylinder (4a, 4b), linear guides (5), moving plate (6), a fixed plate (7), clamping clylinder (8) position transducer (9).

The PLC is used as the controlling unit in the control of the processes on the automechanical assembly (100). After the information sent to the PLC controling unit is recorded, the automechanical assembly (100) starts to operate. The signal for the engagement of the clamp locking system (1) with the tie-bar (3) mounted on the fixed plate (7) is sent to the directional valves. Afterwards, the hydraulic oil flow is supplied to the system by the directional valves as soon as the PLC confirms that the position sensor (2) on the threads are in the correct position. Also, the PLC sends the necessary closing signal to the movemento cylinder (4a, 4b) connected to the moving plate (6). This signal provides that the hydraulic oil flows to the clamping cylinder (8) via the directional valve. The moving plate (6) approaches the front surface of the fixed plate (7) since the moving plate (6) moves on the linear guides (5) together with the hydraulic oil flow filled into the said clamping cylinder (8). There are the slots in which the tie-bar (3) mounted on the fixed plate (7) enter the clamp locking system (1) according to their predetermined geometric dimensions. After said tie-bar (3) pass through the predetermined slots in the clamp locking system (1), the clamp locking system (1) fixes the tie-bar (3) with the high pressure by four different mechanisms thereon. The strong pistons at the end of the tie-bar (3) lock the fixed plate (7) rigidly from four different points. Thus, the clamp locking system (1) is simultaneously engaged with the tie-bar (3).

The signal for separating the clamp locking system (1) and the tie-bar (3) which are engaged with each other is sent to the direction valves. Also, the PLC sends the opening signal to the movemento cylinder (4a, 4b) connected to the moving plate (6). This signal provides that the hydraulic oil flows to the clamping cylinders (8) via the directional valve. By means of the signal sent, the hydraulic oil is filled into the clamping cylinder (8) in the opposite direction to the flow direction. The moving plate (6) starts to move on the linear guides (5) together with the hydraulic oil flow that is filled into said clamping cylinder (8). Thus, the clamp locking system (1) is simultaneously separated from the tie-bar (3).

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the position sensor (2) is a sensor. Said sensor may be a position sensor, but in practice it is not limited thereto.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, four clamp locking systems (1) are used in each automechanical assembly (100).

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, four tie-bar (3) are used in each automechanical assembly (100). By means of the PLC software used, the direction valves are controlled and it is determined how much oil flow will be supplied to which assembly.

The position transducer (9) is a ruler which is operated by means of the magnetic sensing. The outputs 0-10V, 10-0V, 0-20mA, 20-0mA of the rulers are supported by the PLC software. The position transducer (9) controls the measurements of the hidden hydraulic pistons.

The serial, safe and problem-free operation of the automechanical assembly (100) is provided by continuously controlling its required positions via the PLC by means of the electronic reader cards, speed control cards, heat cards, reader sensors and security photocells, which are used in the automechanical assembly (100).

The automechanical assembly (100) occupies less space of about 40% compared to other systems. The longer and larger molds can be connected, if necessary.

Industrial Applicability of the Invention:

The invention can be used in all fields in which the parts are produced by the plastic injection for use in the manufacturing sector and is industrially applicable.

The invention is not limited to the above exemplary embodiments and a person skilled in the art can easily suggest other different embodiments of the invention. These should be considered within the scope of the protection of the invention claimed by the claims.
