Abstract:
This base station has: a cumulative value retention unit that retains a cumulative value of transmission power control commands transmitted to a mobile station; a transmission power control command determination unit that, when an uplink transmission power has been initialized, determines a transmission power control command on the basis of the cumulative value retained by the cumulative value retention unit; and a control channel transmission unit that transmits the transmission power control command determined by the transmission power control command determination unit to the mobile station by means of a control channel.
