Abstract:

Provided is a battery module (100) formed by aligning multiple element batteries (10), and having: a holder (20) that houses the element batteries (10); a positive electrode collector plate (30) that electrically connects the positive electrode terminals (11) of the element batteries (10) at the positive electrode terminals (11) side, and a negative electrode collector plate (40) that electrically connects the negative electrode terminals (12) of the element batteries (10) at the negative electrode terminals (12) side. The holder (20) has multiple housing parts (21), and the element batteries (10) are housed in the housing parts (21). A spacer (50) formed of an elastic member is arranged between the positive electrode collector plate (30) and the element batteries (10). The spacer (50) also has extended parts (51) which extend toward the negative electrode terminals (12) side, and the edges of the extended parts (51) at the negative electrode terminals (12) side make contact with the negative electrode collector plate (40).
