Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery shock absorber for a new energy automobile, comprising an outer housing and an inner housing. The outer surface of the outer housing is evenly provided with external through holes. Slots are provided in the middle of both sides of the outer housing. A screw is provided in the slots, and a nut is provided at the position on the screw close to the slot. A plurality of first springs and second springs are provided between the inner wall of the outer housing and the outer wall of the inner housing. One end of each of the first and second springs is welded to the inner wall of the outer housing, and the other end of each of the first and second springs is welded to the outer wall of the inner housing. For the battery shock absorber for the new energy automobile according to the present invention, the provision of corresponding through holes enables the heat generated by batteries to be dissipated, so as to avoid overheating of the batteries; and the provision of springs between walls can improve the shock absorption effect and facilitate closing a cover plate, thereby bringing great application prospects.
