Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the fields of artificial intelligence and biomedicine, and relates to a biomarker determination method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device. The method comprises: obtaining original omics data corresponding to a target tumor, and inputting the original omics data, as training data, into a biomarker discovery model to train the biomarker discovery model, so as to determine a first mapping relationship between the target tumor and a biomarker; obtaining test omics data corresponding to the target tumor, and inputting the test omics data into the biomarker discovery model; and determining a potential biomarker from the test omics data on the basis of the first mapping relationship. In the present disclosure, the potential biomarker is determined according to the biomarker discovery model having a correspondence relationship with the target tumor, such that the situation in the prior art that a mutant gene having a high mutation frequency is used as a biomarker is avoided, thereby improving the accuracy of a determined biomarker.
