Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a bootstrap starting circuit for an electric motor, comprising a drive amplification circuit and a starting circuit. The drive amplification circuit is separately connected to three low-level signals HHA, HHB, and HHC, and after being amplified separately, the low-level signals are input to the starting circuit, and the starting circuit causes an electric motor to start reliably. In the present invention, the charging effects of resistance and capacitance are used to achieve gradual increasing of capacitance voltage, the characteristic of CMOS gate circuits that level flipping has a threshold value is used to hold an output level constant within a certain time period, and said time period in which the output level state is constant is used to turn off an upper IR2110 drive output and thereby achieve charging of IR2110 bootstrap capacitance. The circuit is simple, reliable, and applicable. The circuit is used in large quantities in control circuits of products made for Chinese space station models, and features stable and reliable performance. The described technology can also be expanded to general high-voltage electric motor control circuits, and has practical and broad application prospects.
