The present invention provides a tool for axially bonding and positioning magnetic steels having same polarity on a rotor. The tool comprises a baffle (5) and positioning sleeves (1); there are several positioning sleeves that are uniformly distributed along a circumferential direction; one end of each positioning sleeve is connected to the baffle by means of a pin, and the other end is provided with an end plate (8) that projects inwards; several elastic components are further uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the end surface of the positioning sleeve; each elastic component consists of a screw (7), a fastened block (2), and a spring (6); the screw is mounted on the end plate; the fastened block is located at the inner side of the positioning sleeve and connected with the end part of the screw; the spring is sleeved on the screw and located between the fastened block and the end plate. The present invention solves the problem of axially bonding the magnetic steels having the same polarity on the rotor of a high-power generator; the magnetic steel and a shaft end surface are positioned, and elastic pressure is applied to the end surface of the magnetic steel, so that multiple magnetic steel blocks are tightly bonded, and the elastic component is a movable body, and therefore, fast switching may be performed between a force applying state and a release state, and the processing efficiency is improved.
