Abstract:
This invention is a filter with the capability to absorb air suspended particles which could be installed on a mask, this filter is designed and produced to absorb and remove dangerous particles. Because these dangerous suspended particles (viruses and bacterium) in the air are massy with a solid nature it could be said that this filter is applicable for every bacteria and virus in different dimensions. The designed filter is composed of four components of the box, lattice caps, ordinary cotton, and air circulation passes, and after being assembled in the box is converted to an integrated part and placed in the prepared position in the mask. The designed mask has an outer layer of polyurethane artificial leather and an inner layer of N95 cloth and all internal walls are weltered with AP 507 resin and 2 percent silver Nanoparticle for absorbing solid materials.
